We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with leadership and other team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing calendars.
- Assist in creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage communication and correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries to aid decision-making.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Help with content management and social media posts.
- Organize and maintain company files, both physical and digital.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed for the team.
What we’re looking for
- A highly organized individual who is proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Strong internet research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be proactive in solving problems.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks in a virtual environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
